Our business consulting starts with a needs assessment.  Together we will design and develop an action plan that fits your needs.  Implementation is the key to driving success, and Laura supports you throughout the implementation.  At mutually agreed upon milestones, we evaluate what is working and make adjustments as necessary.

Management consulting should not be a one-size-fits-all approach. You will not see us recommend the same thing over and over. Your business has a mix of strengths and weaknesses that is different than any other business. As the business owner, those are typically a reflection of your own strengths and weaknesses and it can help to have an experienced advisor come alongside you to assess what is happening and what changes need to be made to drive the results you want.
