Our consulting work starts with a business appraisal. An appraisal is an effective tool to use as a base for learning what is happening inside the dealership and what is influencing the dealership from the outside. Without this knowledge, it would hardly be appropriate to start making recommendations!
Once an appraisal report is complete, Laura will work with you to develop a needs assessment. Together we will design and develop an action plan that fits your needs. Implementation is the key to driving success, and Laura supports you throughout the implementation. At mutually agreed upon milestones, we evaluate what is working and make adjustments as necessary.
